Time to move forward and invest in public transit. We are decades behind countries in Europe and Asia. Waterloo,Toronto, and Missisauga are getting funding-we should too:)

As a journalist I have followed this story for more than 30 years...just like the Linc and Red Hill Expressway which finally got built but costing umpteen million more dollars.
The system in Newcastle Australia, where I recently visited, my husband’s home town, was built in 18 months. We have to start somewhere when it comes to moving this city forward .
