Dear Mr Ford,
I believe that the LRT is not only a very important step in helping Hamilton develop into a modern city, but is also a crucial step in its economic development: this evidence-based view is backed by countless studies of the impact of LRTs on other cities). We clearly voted for Mayor Eisenberger's platform which stood largely on the LRT. Why are you kicking Hamilton, an already an economically depressed town, in the teeth like this? Let's make some concrete social and economic change in Hamilton with this money rather than frittering it away on roads.
