Statement by Krist Hayes
I believe that a LRT system will be a crucial step that Hamilton needs to invest in as we continue to develop into of the most dynamic cities in Canada. Between increased GO service, continued investment in cycling infrastructure and hopefully with LRT, I see little reason to continue car ownership. This is a vision that is environmentally conscious, and I fully support it.
