Please seriously look at moving ahead with LRT for Hamilton. The documented enormous and numerous benefits that will come from this project are going to be needed now more than ever. There aren't any silver bullet solutions. But LRT is the one solution that has been proven time and again to bring the most benefits in the long run. As a citizen who lives in ward 5 I can see great value in using the LRT, both for saving me time as well as car costs. But you need a fast and effective transportation network to get people out of their cars. And the LRT has been shown to do that more than any other option. Please do whats best but also the right thing for Hamilton and area.
