When the economic recovery starts, it will be especially important to Bos projects that are both environmentally friendly and deliver maximum economic benefits. LRT does both. It will build better places that will deliver higher tax revenues to the city and higher economic benefits to the community. It should be prioritized over projects like road building and highways.
