We have been offered an incredible opportunity to start the modernization of our transit system. In addition, we will be afforded major infrastructure improvements (sewers, resurfacing etc) with no increase in local taxes.
This is also a fantastic opportunity to redevelop an area of the city that has been somewhat depressed for a long period of time.
