I work in the healthcare field and live in close proximity to McMaster University. Thank you to all the elected officials that have demonstrated commitment to Hamilton's LRT. The LRT is a foundational contribution to Hamilton's vision to be a healthy and safe community for ALL to prosper. I completely support the new Hamilton LRT plan and urge Hamilton City Council to endorse it with the overwhelming majority vote it deserves. I am pleased to see the unwavering support of all the city's anchor institutions. The benefits will accrue to our environment and to all the residents of the City of Hamilton, not just downtown residents. I hope Hamilton will live up to its aspiration as an ambitious city by seizing this one-time opportunity.
