Transit Oriented Development will follow the greatly improved streetscape that this LRT project entails. Every block for the entire length of this project will benefit from this generational capital investment. The durability and long life of the
vehicles, and the superior ride quality will benefit Hamiltonians for the next 40 years. Now is the time to act.
I've experianced it firsthand as a resident of Spadina Ave in TO. Quieter by far than buses.

I completely support the new Hamilton LRT plan and urge Hamilton City Council to endorse it with the overwhelming majority vote it deserves. I am pleased to see the unwavering support of all the city's anchor institutions. The benefits will accrue to our environment and to all the residents of the City of Hamilton, not just downtown residents. I hope Hamilton will live up to its aspiration as an ambitious city by seizing this one-time opportunity.
