We absolutely need to build mass transit solutions in Hamilton now, while reducing vehicle traffic in the core and making the streets safer for cyclists and pedestrians. How could the city turn down $1 billion to help us do this? It boggles the mind, really.

The cost was not was it seemed the real numbers are speaking the truth !
