Please implement the entire B.L.A.S.T. plan as soon as possible, so we can get on with planning additional transit improvements. I would like to see the base BLAST system completed within fifteen years.

As a journalist I have followed this story for more than 30 years...just like the Linc and Red Hill Expressway which finally got built but costing umpteen million more dollars.
The system in Newcastle Australia, where I recently visited, my husband’s home town, was built in 18 months. We have to start somewhere when it comes to moving this city forward .
