Please don't be short-sighted about this! You will be able to attract significantly more investment in real estate projects in Hamilton if City Hall isn't seen as being anti-growth and anti-development.

As a journalist I have followed this story for more than 30 years...just like the Linc and Red Hill Expressway which finally got built but costing umpteen million more dollars.
The system in Newcastle Australia, where I recently visited, my husband’s home town, was built in 18 months. We have to start somewhere when it comes to moving this city forward .
